The 2019 Holiday Season is just around the corner in Immokalee

The 2019’ Holiday Season in Immokalee is starting off on December 5, with the “6th Annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree” at 107 1st & Main Street at 6 p.m. The Event will also include The Crowning Ceremony of Little Mr & Miss Snowflake competition from 0 to 5 years of Ages. Remember one cent = 1 vote in the jars placed around the community, the total amount collected for each entry will determine the winners.

The Tree Lighting event will have lots of entertainment and the arrival of Santa Claus from the North Pole. Please bring your letters written to Santa Claus so you can personally put them in the mailbox .

December 14 is the 28th Annual Christmas Around the World Parade and Snow Gala. This years’ theme is The Grinchmas for Christmas Around the World for the Gala and What’s Your Favorite Christmas Movie for the parade.

This year’s committee has lots of exciting ideas and changes for the Christmas Around the World Parade & Snow Gala. Applications for this up- coming event can be found at the Immokalee Sports Complex at 505 Escambia Street and the Immokalee Chamber of Commerce at 1255 North 15th Street Suite #3 in Immokalee. Staff at both locations are waiting for you to get the applications for these fantastic events

Christmas is just around the corner for the community of Immokalee, Ave Maria, Big Cypress and surrounding areas.
