Students First time to update contact info

The last day of school is right around the corner. Before the summer break begins, think about updating your contact information with us through the CCPS Portal.

The CCPS Portal is a one-stop shop for parents to update their contact information, choose their communication preferences, and acknowledge important paperwork. You can find a link to the CCPS Portal under the Parents tab on the district website (

If you haven’t used the CCPS Portal before or don’t know your login code, don’t worry. You can access this information or create an account with the cell phone number or e-mail address associated with the district when you registered your child. A tutorial video is available to help guide you.

After signing into the Portal, go to My CCPS in the top, right-hand corner and choose Communication Preferences. Here, you can update the phone numbers and email address we have on file and choose how you would like to be contacted. You can pick and choose between options like phone calls, email, and text message.

Having updated and complete contact information ensures that the school is able to relay important messages involving your child.

And remember, you can always follow your child’s school on social media. Each school has a Twitter and Facebook page to keep you up to date on all that is happening. Enjoy the last few weeks of school!
